Splashing  Stars  offers  a  unique  opportunity  for  your  child  to  learn  a  new  skill  within  an  environment  completely  suited  to  them,  a  place  where  they  can  relax  and  be  themselves  and  work  at  their  own  pace  to  achieve  personal  goals.

These  sessions  are  1:2:1  which  are  planned  purely  for  the  need  of  your  child.  Your  lesson  time  is  exclusively  yours,  and  are  held  in  a  private  heated  pool.  Each  lesson  will  run  for  30  mins.  All  children  will  have  the  opportunity  to  work  towards  badges  following  the  national  plan  and  also  distance  awards  will  be  available  to  achieve  if  they  wish.

The  pool  has  a  disabled  wet  -  room  with  an  electrical  disability  changing  bed. 

Tuition  is  always  'hands  on'  as  the  instructor  will  always  be  in  the  water  with  the  children.

1:1  tuition  is  more  effective  than  class  lessons  because: 

 

    •   Every  child  will  progress  at  their  own  pace.

    •   They  progress  quicker  than  they  would  in  a  group  lesson.

    •   Some  children  are  distracted  and  cannot  concentrate  in  a  group.

    •   Children  who  are  nervous  and  fearful  of  the  water  are  likely  to  progress  better  having  the  personal  touch  and  the  same  instructor  for  every  lesson.

    •   Save  Time  and  Money  -  A  30  minute  lesson  means  you  get  30  minutes  individual  attention  (  in  a  group  lesson  you  get  a  fraction  of  this  )
